We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours for locations within Raipur and Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh city limits). For locations beyond municipal limits, delivery may take 2-3 working days. Special orders may have estimated delivery times displayed on the product page.

Note: Orders from areas where delivery is unavailable may be canceled. We prioritize efficient service and may cancel orders for smooth operations.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays, but our Customer Support Centre will reach out proactively and make reasonable efforts to address any issues.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight/volume and the shipping address, and will be displayed at checkout. These charges must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Shipping is available only within India to specified PIN codes.

Important: Please check your items upon delivery. If there’s any discrepancy or damage, contact Customer Support within 24 hours.

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For returns, refer to the Return Policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded, even if part of your order is returned.

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. If we cannot fulfill part of your order, we will refund you for the unavailable items.


Return and Exchange Policy

General Return and Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 12 working days from the purchase date (as shown on your invoice).

  • General merchandise may be returned within 5 working days. After this period, the manufacturer’s warranty applies (if applicable).

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Products close to expiry (within the next 12 working days)

  • Items purchased with discounts, special offers, or promotions

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The product must be in original condition, including the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, warranty card, user manual, and all accessories.

  • The invoice must be provided for returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and completed within 7 working days. If the item is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be issued.

Inspection and Decision

India’s Deal reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before processing returns or exchanges. The Company’s decision is final and binding.
